Activity: Drinking Gourd

The Drinking Gourd activity is an extension of The Platisphere activity. Users can create a device that demonstrates the changing position of the Big Dipper through the hours and through the seasons. This correlates with the book and with the planetarium program entitled The Drinking Gourd. Please see The Platisphere for initial instructions.
